Gothart Homes built us a new deck and painted our two-story house. The builders were very good; we absolutely love the new space. Their painting crew is outstanding and does high-quality work. I’d recommend them to any friend who asks… well, actually I already have!

Gothart Homes recently replaced a shower for us. Our master bath was dated and we had a crack in the shower pan of our fiberglass shower. The crew was polite, clean, and excellent at their task. They removed the old and gave us a beautifully tiled shower, gaining us over a foot and a half in height and almost 3 feet in width! We are so happy!

Used Gothart Homes and Renovations for a remodel of an older home.  Completely gutted the den and kitchen and added new french doors.  They did an excellent job and far exceeded my expectations.  We went a little over budget but that was due to the fact that we ended up picking out more expensive granite, etc…
They were good about cleaning up after their job.  In fact, we ended up doing additional remodel items later on and used Gothart Homes to complete this as well. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done in a professional manner!

Chris and his team worked hard to renovate the bathroom with my dream shower and update my kitchen to include a gorgeous new pantry while I was away for an extended period of time. Trusting his team with my home was definitely the right decision. Chris communicated with me regularly to address the required changes to the original plan and potential budget impacts, ensuring there were no bad surprises. The work and those who performed it were of high quality. To me, it’s not just about cost and quality of work, but the person you’re doing business with that matters. Chris is someone I’d hire many times over because of how he does business and expects the same of the people he hires. I’m already planning my next project and look forward to working with Chris again.

Gothart Homes built a custom home for us last year. We have been in it for 6 months now and we absolutely love it. This is our third custom home and building with Gothart was our best experience so far. Chris is extremely responsive, honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and finish of the house. I highly recommend Gothart Homes.

Gothart Homes remodeled our master bath which included the installation of a new tile shower, tile flooring, and freestanding tub. Chris and Stephen kept us updated throughout the process and the entire team, from the demo crew to tile installers and plumbers, did an exceptional job. Extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend.

Chris Gothart replaced 18 windows for us in a 40-year old house. Every major job holds at least one surprise; we experienced many – and Chris handled every surprise with an unusual degree of professionalism. His workmanship is exceptional, he has a great attitude, and he is honest. We will not hesitate to use him again for future projects!

Just want you to know that Laura and I are beyond pleased with the work that you did. All of your workers were respectful and friendly during the course of the job and they went beyond what was expected to give us what we wanted. Any issues that we had were taken care of immediately.
